VINCI 40W: Coil Choice First
A 0.3Ω coil and a 0.8Ω coil need different power. That is the first thing to know about the VOOPOO VINCI 40W Pod Kit. You can set its power from 5 to 40W. Its PnP coils pull out for a swap, so the same pod stays in use.
The original VINCI 40W has a 1500mAh battery, a 2ml UK pod and a colour screen. It is not the VOOPOO VINCI 15W Pod, which uses cartridges with built-in coils. Check the full device name before ordering spares.
Which PnP Coil?
A coil's ohm rating helps set how many watts it needs. A lower number is not always the right choice. VOOPOO gives these watts for three original PnP coils that fit the VINCI:

Start at the low end of the watts shown on the coil. Raise the power only within those limits. Direct-to-lung means inhaling vapour straight into the lungs. Mouth-to-lung means drawing it into the mouth first. The R1 is suited to a tighter draw and often pairs with 50/50 e-liquid.
There are other VOOPOO coils, but some PnP types need more than 40W and do not suit this kit. PnP-X parts belong to another system. Do not assume those coils fit.
Manual and Auto Modes
GENE.AI can read the coil and suggest watts. Check those watts against the label on the coil. To switch firing modes, press the fire button three times:
- P: press the button to fire.
- Auto: inhale to activate the device.
- A&P: use either method.
Five rapid fire-button presses power the kit up or shut it down. The plus and minus buttons adjust wattage. A suggested setting is not a reason to exceed the coil's stated limit.
Rotating the Pod
Airflow on this VINCI works differently from a sliding control. Lift the pod out, turn it through 180 degrees and refit it. The two positions change the airflow. Try the tighter draw with a higher-ohm coil, or the more open draw with a lower-ohm one.
You have two ways to seat the pod, not a dial. Make sure it sits firmly in place.
2ml Refills and Spares
You can fill the VINCI 40W pod more than once. A PnP coil plugs into its base. To refill, lift out the pod, open its rubber plug and pour liquid through the fill hole. Close the seal and refit the pod. Let a fresh coil soak for about five minutes before use.
When the coil needs changing, remove it from the underside of the pod and fit a matching PnP coil. A worn pod can also be replaced. The shop lists VINCI 2ml replacement pods with a two-empty-pod option. There is also a separate listing for VINCI 2ml empty pods in a three-pack. Check the selected pack before ordering.
Screen, Battery and Colours
The 0.96-inch colour screen shows watts, battery level and puff count. Its 1500mAh battery stays inside the mod. The manual lists USB charging at 5V/1A. Check that the charging connection is dry before connecting a suitable cable.

VINCI 40W FAQs
Does the VINCI 40W use replaceable coils?
Yes. The original VINCI 40W uses separate PnP coils that push into its refillable pod. You can keep the pod when you fit a new coil.
Will VINCI 15W cartridges fit?
No. The 15W VINCI Pod uses integrated-coil cartridges. The VINCI 40W uses a different pod and coil system.
Is the 0.3Ω coil suitable at 15W?
No. VOOPOO rates the original PnP-VM1 0.3Ω coil for 32–40W. Follow the rating on the actual coil.
How do I change the firing mode?
Three clicks of the fire button switch between P, Auto and A&P modes.
Can I adjust airflow with a slider?
No. Remove the pod, rotate it 180 degrees and put it back to change between the two airflow positions.
Which coils come in the box?
The shop names VM1 0.3Ω and R1 0.8Ω. A VOOPOO kit page instead lists VM1 and VM4. Check the actual UK box before buying.
