A Sealed-Coil Stick
The SMOK Stick G15 Pod Vape Kit uses a sealed coil inside its refillable cartridge. When heating performance drops, the complete cartridge is replaced. There is no separate coil to pull out, no wattage screen and no fire button.
Its narrow aluminium body is shaped like a pen. The built-in 700mAh battery powers a 2ml pod, with power up to 15W. This is a simple mouth-to-lung (MTL) device for adults who prefer a tighter draw, rather than a high-power kit with adjustable settings.
A Fixed MTL Draw
A gentle inhale starts the Stick G15. It needs no button press. Airflow is fixed without a ring or slider. Anyone who wants adjustable airflow should choose another device.
In MTL vaping, vapour reaches the mouth before a second breath takes it into the lungs. The G15 is made for that method, not for the open draw of a large sub-ohm tank. There is no wattage level to set.
A balanced blend such as those in the 50/50 liquids collection can suit the 0.8Ω pod. Read the e-liquid bottle for the stated nicotine strength and VG/PG ratio before filling.
The 0.8Ω Cartridge
Each original Stick G15 cartridge holds 2ml of liquid with a sealed 0.8Ω DC coil. DC identifies the dual-coil construction. A fresh cartridge supplies a fresh heating element as well as a new liquid chamber. Buying loose SMOK Nord or RPM coils will not solve a worn G15 cartridge.
The pod connects magnetically and has a slim mouthpiece. Its transparent section helps you see when liquid is running low. A burnt taste, poor vapour production or a damaged filling seal can mean the cartridge needs attention. Do not continue using a visibly damaged pod.
The exact Stick G15 replacement pods come as a three-pod pack. They are 2ml cartridges with integral 0.8Ω coils, not empty shells requiring another coil purchase.
Side-Fill in Practice
To refill, take the cartridge out of the device. Open its side silicone plug, guide the bottle nozzle into the filling opening and add liquid without overfilling the 2ml chamber. Press the plug closed before refitting the pod. Wipe away any liquid around the contact points.
- New pod: allow the coil material to absorb liquid before the first draw.
- Between refills: check the seal and keep the pod upright when practical.
- At replacement: change the full cartridge, not just the coil inside it.
The SMOK replacement pods collection includes other cartridges, but their shape or brand name does not make them compatible with this kit.
LED and USB-C
The G15 has a small status light rather than a digital display. During use, green means the battery is above 70%, orange means 30% to 70%, and red means below 30%.
Charge the integrated 700mAh cell through its USB-C port with suitable 5V equipment. The manufacturer's manual lists a Type-C cable in the kit. Never connect a wet charging port, and follow the supplied guidance on choosing a USB power source.
Colours and Alternatives
