Please note that returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted, so be sure to contact us first. While we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards, we do offer exchanges to ensure you get exactly what you want as quickly as possible. No minimum order requirement,and there's a delivery charge of £7.99 for standard Next Day Delivery postage. However, if your order exceeds £200, you'll enjoy free standard Next Day Delivery. Orders placed before our cut-off time of 3 pm on Monday to Friday will be processed the same day, while orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day. Please note that orders made after 3 pm on Fridays may not ship until the next working day, and delivery may take 1-2 business working days unless you opt for Special Saturday Delivery. For customers seeking Saturday delivery, we offer a Special Saturday Delivery service for a fee of £15. Orders must be placed before 3 pm on Fridays to qualify for Saturday delivery, and they will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day. We do not ship orders on Saturdays and Bank Holidays, so orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day. Please keep in mind that certain areas, such as BT postcodes and some Scottish postcodes, may not be eligible for Next Day Delivery or Saturday. In the event that a parcel is dispatched and the customer misses the delivery, leading to the parcel being lost or damaged, we will issue a refund of up to £100 for the order.
