Orders placed before our cut-off time of 3 pm on Monday to Friday will be processed the same day, while orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day. Please note that orders made after 3 pm on Fridays may not ship until the next working day, and delivery may take 1-2 business working days unless you opt for Special Saturday Delivery. For customers seeking Saturday delivery, we offer a Special Saturday Delivery service for a fee of £15. Orders must be placed before 3 pm on Fridays to qualify for Saturday delivery, and they will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day. We do not ship orders on Saturdays and Bank Holidays, so orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day.
